What is Frog Breakfast?

Frog Breakfast is a behavioral productivity app that helps you identify and complete the one task you're avoiding most (your 'frog'), then close your day with intention. It's built on the Eat the Frog principle, the Zeigarnik Effect, and closed-loop productivity.

How does the Daily Reset work?

At the end of each day, you run an End of Day ritual where every task must be intentionally dealt with: completed, rescheduled to a specific date, or deleted. This gives you a clean slate every morning and eliminates the rolling list guilt.

Your frog is the task you're most likely to avoid or procrastinate on — the one that creates the most dread. It's usually your most important but hardest task. Frog Breakfast identifies it from your patterns or lets you mark it manually.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Frog Breakfast includes a free plan with frog detection, guided daily sessions, core views, weekly analytics, and AI voice capture (5 tasks per day). Upgrade to Plus for unlimited AI voice, tags, contacts, full analytics, and extended insights history.

Terms & Conditions | Frog Breakfast

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Frog Breakfast (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Frog Breakfast Is

Frog Breakfast is a web-based productivity tool that helps you manage tasks, track time, and gain insights into your working patterns. The Service includes:

Task creation, organisation, and scheduling
Time tracking and focus timer functionality
AI-assisted task capture (voice and text input)
Behavioural insights and productivity analytics
Cloud sync with offline capability

3. Your Account

Registration

You need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us at support@frogbreakfast.com immediately.

Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account and associated data from our active systems. Some data subject to automatic retention schedules (server logs, analytics) is removed on its normal cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Transmit malicious code or harmful material
Impersonate another user or person

5. Intellectual Property

The Service

The Frog Breakfast application — including its code, design, and content — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

Your data

Your task content and personal data remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

6. AI Features

How they work

AI features (such as voice-to-task and task analysis) process your input using AWS Bedrock. Voice input is transcribed in your browser; only the resulting text is sent to our servers. AI interaction logs are retained for 90 days.

Accuracy

AI-generated suggestions are for your reference only. We make no guarantee of accuracy. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for important decisions.

Your data and model training

We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the Service and its features. Your identifiable personal data is not shared with third-party model providers for training purposes without your explicit consent.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Frog Breakfast require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund eligibility are set out at the point of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings at any time.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will try to notify you of planned downtime where possible.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Frog Breakfast harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your account data is removed from our active systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you have a concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved without formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms
